「綠拿鐵」顧名思義便是綠色蔬果汁,將綠色蔬果裡的營養成分直接吸收到體內,幫助腸胃蠕動與新陳代謝順暢,將人體一天必須吃到的蔬菜量通通打到這杯果汁裡,藉由蔬菜來進行減脂與甩油,來達到瘦身的效果。

不過營養師建議一般人可以先從早上一杯然後維持三天開始,不需要操之過急,而這杯「綠拿鐵」的製作盡量維持在蔬菜 2 、水果 1 的比例上。

 

「綠拿鐵」製作方式:

蘋果 1/2顆 (削皮去核後,切成一半)
奇異果 1 顆 (去除外皮,再將果肉切半)
鳳梨 1/4 顆(切成小塊)
蘿蔓 4 片(也可以用菠菜或是地瓜葉作替代)
飲用冷水 200CC、冰 一杯
